WELLNESS CHECKS
Life is full of challenges and we remove the worry of trying to balance family, a career and home including the health and safety of loved ones. Our wellness checks ensure the safety, independence and care of your loved ones by providing trained staff to assist you or your family in various ways. Some services we offer include medication reminders via telephone or an in-person home visit. In addition, home visits may also include ensuring proper heating in the cold winter and adequate cooling in the hot summer, we assess the home for fall risks, check for adequate food, clean laundry, working telephones, and incontinence supplies, if applicable. Our licensed staff are available to check vital signs and blood sugars for clients with minor health issues or concerns such as diabetes, high blood pressure or heart conditions.
Light Housekeeping
Our professional staff will provide light housekeeping services ensuring the comfort and cleanliness of your home. We will remove any obstacles or hazards and arrange frequently used items within reach in order to avoid any unnecessary reaching or bending in an effort to eliminate potential fall risks.
Shopping/Errands
Our professional staff will provide transportation to grocery stores, retail shops, etc. to assist with all your shopping needs. We also offer the option for our staff to do the shopping for you. Simply choose which option you prefer and we will handle everything. This service includes door to door pick up and drop off, assistance with bagging items as well as unpacking, set up and storing all food items, etc. in designated locations within your home.
Medication pickup/delivery
Our professional staff will provide transportation to local pharmacies for medication drop off or pickup. Upon request we will also, provide door to door delivery of your prescription medication. This service will include assistance with storing medications in designated storage areas or storage containers for easy access.
